About this Project
In early 2019, HCI completed a 4,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Circa Lighting, a high-end retail lighting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The construction project included demolishing of the interior of the building to the shell then constructing all the interior improvements.
The unique aspects of the project include:
- 250 linear feet of millwork that literally lined every wall of the store. Electrical outlets were placed behind the millwork so that light fixtures could be displayed on the panels.
- 100 electrical circuits
- Both 3- and single-phase power
- A Unistrut grid suspended from the ceiling to serve as an attachment point to display chandeliers and other fixtures
This was a demanding project that required the highest quality of workmanship that reflects the image of Circa Lighting, with a compressed schedule so the store could open on time.
