Tannatt Residence

About this Project

The Tannatt residence was a project Holdsworth collaborated on with architect Candelaria Design Associates. HCI was involved during the design process to help with cost estimates and construction methods. The project was a departure for HCI with the contemporary design theme and modern exterior finishes. HCI developed the Cedar siding profile in house and had a unique cutter made specifically for this project to mass produce the siding. The interior trim and finishes were also self-performed by HCI. The home is nearly 3700 SF and is located in the Pine Canyon development in Flagstaff.
