About this Project

HCI was hired by Z-Modular to build out 6000 SF of office space that will be used to manage their new prefabrication facility that will prefabricate a variety of different structures. We added three new mangers offices, prewired for all new cubical office spaces, added several new 3 phase electrical circuits for future heavy equipment, replaced all the flooring, repainted, brought the fire monitoring up to city code, replaced 3 HVAC units, replaced the acoustical ceiling, and rebuilt the male and female bathroom. It was previously occupied by Gold Canyon and they did test candle burning in a portion of the office space and it completely destroyed the remainder of the building.
