Stanley Steemer
HCI teamed up with ARCOMurray to convert 25,000 sq ft. of commercial space from a car rental facility to a regional call center.

HCI was hired by Z-Modular to build out 6000 SF of office space that will be used to manage their new prefabrication facility.
SpringHill Suites
HCI remodeled the front facade of this hotel for a much-needed face lift and more modern look.
Lifetime Fitness
HCI contracted with Lifetime Fitness Biltmore to wrap the exterior planter boxes with a hard wood called IPE and custom-build walnut trim pieces, and more.
Family Investment Center
HCI contracted with the City of Chandler to improve the functionality of the existing building.

Forest Highlands Clubhouse
